In the Spring of 1994, with the help of half a dozen other parents, I started the City of Pittsburgh Chapter of CHADD. Children and Adults with Attention Deficit Disorders is a national, non-profit organization for families of children with attention disorders. I've served as the Pittsburgh Chapter Coordinator (President), a volunteer position, for the past four years.
