Finally, the e-mail machine appears to work again.
I'm in Arthur, Illinois now, and guess what? Amish folks ride recumbent bikes! I left a
card at the (Amish) Country Bike Shop and got one of theirs - no phone! The URL on mine
now feels a bit worthless...
There's a mean wind out of th South today - maybe the HUrricaine? Its maing riding
difficult.
Last night I stayed at Walnut Point State park, very nice. Reminded me of Louisiana,
what with the Jazz combo playing and the lake carved into little inlets around the camping
area. I gave card to the park ranger who took my rent for the night.
Tonight I hope to make it to Lincoln Trail State Park. This wind, tho...
