A Team Caffeine Bike Ride
23, 21 or 17 miles

This is one of the hilliest rides listed on this web site.  According to my Cateye Altimeter, this ride has about 2500 feet of climbing in 23.5 miles -- over 100 feet per mile on average.

If you're too pooped by the hills in the first part, there are options to shorten the ride.  The 21 mile option avoids the last few hills on Field Club Rd.  The 17 mile option takes a scenic descent down Squaw Run Rd.  Both options are primarily downhill after splitting from the main line.
